How do I install or replace a light bulb?
Insert the bulb pin into the socket hole until it’s secured. Please make sure the lamp is not powered before operating.
How to adjust the distance between the candle and the bulb? What is the effect of different distances?
Too close distance will cause uneven melting or local temperature is too high. If the bulb is too far away, it will also cause the candle bottom can’t melt. Adjust the knob on the light pole to up/down the light pole to fit candles of different size.
Why doesn’t the wax become less when it melts?
Candle warmer lamp can’t dissolve wax, only melt it. Use the spoon included to scoop out the unscented wax after many times of use in order to better melt the bottom area of the candle. Also can add essential oils to it to become a new scented wax.
Any usage tips for candle warmer lamp?
1.The highest gear cannot be used continuously for too long(less than 4h).
2.Do not touch the heated candle cups, light poles, lampshades immediately during or after use.
